Grill Tonight ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. The short version: we collect almost nothing.

Data We Collect

Location Data

Grill Tonight requests access to your device's location to fetch local weather conditions. Location data (latitude and longitude) is sent to third-party weather APIs for a single lookup and is not stored on any server. You may also search for a city manually without granting location access.

Local Device Data

Grill Tonight stores your theme preference (dark/light mode) and unit preference (metric/imperial) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.

What We Do Not Collect

Grill Tonight does not use analytics services, tracking pixels, cookies, or any form of user identification. We do not collect personally identifiable information. There are no user accounts, no usage tracking, and no data stored on our servers.

Third-Party Services

Grill Tonight uses the following third-party services solely for weather data:

• Open-Meteo — for real-time weather forecasts and city search/geocoding. Your coordinates or search queries are sent to their API. Open-Meteo Terms

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Your locally stored preferences can be cleared by uninstalling the app. If you have questions about your data rights, contact us at admin@loriccoandco.com.

Children's Privacy

Grill Tonight is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to address the concern.
