By downloading, installing, or using Grill Tonight ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Service Description

Grill Tonight is a weather companion application that analyzes real-time weather conditions to help you decide whether it's a good time to grill outdoors. The App provides weather-based verdicts, practical grilling tips, and safety alerts.

Weather & Safety Disclaimer

Grill Tonight is a convenience tool, not a safety device. Weather verdicts are based on publicly available forecast data and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for safety decisions. Always exercise personal judgment, follow local fire regulations, and monitor conditions in real time when grilling outdoors.

Purchase & Pricing

Grill Tonight is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or recurring charges. Once purchased, you receive access to all features and future updates at no additional cost.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of checking grilling conditions
  • Do not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
  • Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

Intellectual Property

All content within Grill Tonight — including design, branding, and verdict algorithms — is the property of Loricco & Co. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Grill Tonight is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Loricco & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Grill Tonight at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Grill Tonight after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
